Kristi is an excellent agent in ever aspect of real estate. She is available any time we needed and responded normally within 30 minutes or less. She sold my wife this property in 2015 and now as we grow into something bigger she assisted 110% in selling this house for us. She understood the fair market of our home at the time and partnered with a photographer that really helped us show and sell our home. She worked well with buyers agents and would update us as soon as possible on the property. I personally couldn't ask for a better agent as she is always on a schedule and gets results when a change happens or if there is an issue or mistake she handles it no problem.
